So Obsessed With: The Winter Edition

Some of my favorite posts are ones where bloggers highlight the products they're loving lately or the things they're currently coveting. Posts like that always put new products on my radar and give me great ideas for gifts. I love this kind of content so much that I decided to start incorporating it into my blog by highlighting my loves and lusts and each season. Rather than give it a creative name, I thought my blog name was more fitting. So, here's what I'm so obsessed with this winter:

1. Urban Decay Naked3 Palette ($52) - I have purchased and loved both of the other Naked Palettes, and I'm really excited for this one, too. Apparently this set has more pink-ish neutrals, which I think will be gorgeous and so flattering!

2. Fresh Sugar Kisses Mini Lip Trio ($28) - I love these tinted lip balms, and this is such a great deal for three of the bestselling colors! I'd totally snap this set up in a heartbeat.

3. Butter London Luxe Rock 12-Piece Gift Set ($65) - These nail polishes come in a smaller size, but this is still a crazy amazing deal for Butter London. I love the mix of classic colors with ones that are funkier, and I could totally see these all lined up on my nail polish shelves. Yes, I have those.

4. Butter London Cuticle Miracle Kit ($29) - Can't forget about your cuticles! I tried this cuticle remover and cuticle oil while I was out shopping one day, and I fell in love with these products. The remover really worked and the oil smelled so good! Now I can finally perfect my manicures.

5. Shamanuti Activated Charcoal Cleanser + Seaweed Toner ($28 each) - I have read really great things about this line of natural skincare, and I love their tagline: "Simple skincare for complicated creatures." Color me intrigued! I'm always up for trying a new cleanser and toner because I have yet to find one that I absolutely adore.

6. Dolce Vita Jaxen Boot ($86.39) - I have a number of boots (love them!), but I still need a pair of casual booties. These are neutral and stylish, so I think they'd do the trick! I can already imagine so many outfits I'd wear them with...

7. Sam Edelman Felicia Flat ($89.95) - As a tall girl, I'm always on the hunt for cute flats. My favorite black pair bit the dust recently, so I'm on the market for some new ones. I like the classic shape and simple details on these!

8. Boy Shirt in Grey Tartan ($89.50) - Looking at my closet the other day, I realized that I have almost no button down shirts. Time to remedy that! I love the colors of this tartan, and I'm always drawn to a boyfriend/boy shirt fit.

9. Perfect Chambray Ex-Boyfriend in Ferrous Wash ($69.50) - Yep, I don't have a chambray shirt either! I know I featured one in my fall edition of this post, but I can't help but include this one for winter. I love the really light wash and the boyfriend fit - it's a little simpler than the version I was previously coveting.

10. All-Weather Outbound Jacket ($158) - I have been dying for a military-style jacket, so I was pleased when I recently discovered this one. I love the color, shape and fit! Since it's not usually super cold in the South, I think I could even wear it on milder winter days!
11. Nashville: The Complete First Season ($45.99) - Oh Nashville, you're a total soap opera sometimes but I still love you. I got the itch to re-watch this show recently and discovered it wasn't on Netflix. Boo! Guess that means I have to buy it...

12. Ellie Goulding Halycon Days (Deluxe Version) ($17.99) - I bought the regular version of this album on iTunes, and I can't turn it off. I don't think there's a song on it that I don't like, and that almost never happens. I wish I'd bought the deluxe version, so that's why I'm telling you to do it!

13. These Broken Stars by Amie Kaufman & Meagan Spooner ($17.99) - I feel like this book is taking the blog world by a storm recently. Every time I get on Twitter or Goodreads lately I see someone else raving about this read. Count me in!

14. A Royal Affair ($26.98) - I watched this movie on Netflix a few weekends ago, and I'm already dying to see it again. I don't know how I missed this costume drama previously because it is totally my kind of movie. Even with the subtitles, I loved every minute of it.

15. The Legend Trilogy Boxed Set by Marie Lu ($54.97) - I actually haven't read any of the books in this series, but I feel like I've heard such great things about them. I love the fact that all three have been published - perfect for a binge reading session! The mister read the summary of the first book and mentioned he'd like to read these, so that's another bonus for these books.

  1. The box set of the Legend trilogy is on my Christmas wish list =) I read the first one a while back, and LOVED it, so I'm planning to re-read Legend, then jump straight into the next two!

  3. NAKED PALETTE. Can't wait. Can't wait. haha. Also don't laugh but I love the button downs from American Eagle. I can't believe I am still shopping there but I feel like their clothes are just what I need sometimes. (And I love their earrings.) I'm kind of scared of Butter nail polish since Magan's bad experience... do we think she just got a bad batch? Help!

    1. I seriously want that palette so bad, E! SOOOO BAD. Don't worry, I'm not laughing. I couldn't usually wear American Eagle clothes because stuff wasn't long enough. Sweaters were usually fine, but long sleeve tops were usually a no. Haha! Struggles of a tall girl. And I don't know what Magan's experience was, but I love Butter polish! I was iffy on the first one I tried, but then I started using it with their base + top coat and now I love the brand.

  4. I want the Naked palettes! I don't own any of them (and just mooch off my sister and best friends), but they're lovely and I want them all -- when I can manage to get my hands on them. I also am in love with those booties you've picked out, because they're so pretty and neutral and would go with lots of my stuff! AND I really want to read the Legend trilogy too, because everyone says they're great! I haven't quite gotten around to that yet though...

    1. I'm so bad because I have the first two palettes and the "basics" palette, but I still want this one, too. Though I clearly don't need it! And I got the booties for Christmas - they're even cuter in person! I haven't read that trilogy either but hear such great things. Hope it lives up to my expectations!

  7. Ooo, I just ordered the Naked 3 and I cannot wait to try it out. I have the other two Naked palettes and I like them, but don't use them all the time. But whenI heard this one was all rosey-tones, I knew I couldn't pass it up. I hope you like it!

    1. I have the other two and that's basically all I use for eye shadow. I love them! But I definitely want this one, too. I love the idea of neutrals with more rosey-tones. You'll have to tell me if it's worth it!
